1925 • Ramon Novarro • Live Accompaniment by Randy Woltz on the Mighty Wurlitzer • Silent film making at its very best. With the proverbial cast of thousands, and years in the making, it was the most expensive silent film ever produced. Technologically advanced for its day, the film boasts several colored sequences as well as a terrific sea battle, spectacular chariot race, and memorable birth of Christ sequence.
